摘要
针对某增压发动机在开发试验过程中出现的排气门断裂问题,通过AVL进行动力学分析,校核气门活塞间隙、凸轮轴接触应力和气门落座力;同时利用ABAQUS进行有限元计算,考虑气门偏落座情况,计算气门受力情况,对气门断裂故障原因进行排查和分析,研究表明:排气门断裂主要原因是由于气门落座力过大导致。
In order to analyze the fracture failure of the exhaust valve of the turbocharged engine in the endurance test,it conducted landing force,camshaft contact stress and the valve piston clearance were checked with the help of AVL dynamic analysis.In addition,the valve deflection given,it conducted investigation and analysis on the fault causes of valve fracture by using the finite element method to calculate the valve stress.The results show that the main reason of exhaust valve fracture is that the valve seat force is too giant.
