重大疫情中后期面向数字化的智慧物流供应链体系构建

Construction of Digital-oriented Smart Logistics Supply Chain System in the Middle and Later Period of Major Epidemic

COVID-19重大疫情前期的物流供应链体系侧重于供给侧保障能力的提升,但疫情中后期乃至疫后则侧重于需求侧极速下跌后的国际物流保障和国内物流降本增效。文章分析了智慧物流供应链体系随着信息化、网络化及数字化时代的变革而不断在供应链智慧的程度上进行升级,并提出了三个基于战略的智慧物流供应链体系:一是在能力极差的国际航运领域提出创新国际物流通道;二是在效率极低的大宗干线物流领域提出“散改集”以实现“重去重回”和“结点成网”;三是在成本极高的城市集配末端物流领域构建以“百搭箱”最小封闭运载单元为核心的第二代多式联运模式。

The logistics supply chain system in the early stage of the major epidemic COVID-19 focused on the improvement of the supply-side support capacity,but in the middle and late stage of the major epidemic COVID-19 and even after the major epidemic COVID-19,it focused on the international logistics support and the domestic logistics cost reduction and efficiency increase after the rapid decline of the demand side.This paper analyzes the ways to upgrade the smart logistics supply chain system with the change of information,network and digital era,and proposes three smart logistics supply chain systems based on strategy.One is to propose innovative international logistics channels in the field of international shipping with poor capability.The second is to propose“changing bulk transportation to container transportation”in order to realize“heavy freight round trip”and“connect logistics nodes into a network”in the field of bulk goods logistics with low efficiency.The third is to build a second-generation multimodal transport mode in the field of urban end logistics with high cost,which takes the minimum closed transport unit of“all-size-match box”as the core.
