3PL提供商与中国跨境电子商务的物流服务合同风险研究

Risk Research on Logistics Service Contracts between Third-party Logistics Providers and Cross-border E-commerce in China

随着需求的快速增长,中国的跨境电子商务物流发展已经难以满足当前市场的需求。海外3PL服务可能是一种有效的解决方式。但是,关于海外3PL服务存在一个关键的文献空白,即缺乏对风险的探索。鉴于此,文章运用文献综述法对中国跨境电子商务物流的所有风险进行了梳理,探讨了海外3PL如何基于中国进口物流模式来帮助中国跨境电子商务。研究发现,海外3PL服务供应商主要承担内地物流合作伙伴的仓储、分配、运输和承包的任务,以支持中国的跨境电子商务进口物流模式。文章最后分析了海外3PL服务可能存在的风险,并提出了建议,旨在为中国跨境电子商务物流和3PL服务发展做出贡献。

With the rapid growth of demand,China’s cross-border e-commerce logistics has lagged behind.Overseas third-party logistics(3PL)service may be the solution to the problem.However,there is a key literature gap,that is,the lack of risk exploration.In view of this,this paper uses the literature research method to analyze the risks in the 3PL provider’s cross-border e-commerce logistics service contract with China.The study finds that overseas 3PL service providers mainly play the role of warehousing,distribution,forwarding and contracting with mainland logistics partners to support China’s cross-border e-commerce import logistics model.This research will also explore how 3PL can help to develop Chinese cross-border e-commerce based on the China import logistics model and analyze those risks that may exist in each 3PL service,aiming to contribute to the development of cross-border e-commerce logistics and 3PL services in China.
