摘要
当前,林业高校专业学位研究生教育体系正在逐渐形成并不断完善。回顾北京林业大学专业学位研究生教育20年的发展历程,将其分为起步与探索和快速发展两个阶段。文章分别梳理两个阶段专业学位研究生教育的授权类别、培养方式和人才培养规模情况,并选取有代表性的管理理念和培养举措进行经验总结。在此基础上,结合行业机遇和人才培养趋势,提出发展建议,不仅对北京林业大学研究生教育发展具有积极意义,对我国林业高校研究生教育发展同样具有一定的启示和借鉴意义。
At present,the professional degree graduate education system of forestry universities in China has been gradually forming and continually improving.Based on the review of the 20-year development of professional graduate education at Beijing Forestry University(BFU),it can be divided into two stages:the initial exploration stage and the rapid development stage.In this paper,the authorization category,cultivating methodologies,and scales of professional degree graduate education in these two stages are systematically studied.The typical management philosophies and training measures are also summarized from the experiences.Therefore developmental proposals are recommended based on the analysis and integration with the current industry opportunities and talent training tendency.The study may have positive significance for the further development of postgraduate education in BFU and also some enlightenment and reference value for that in all the forestry universities nationwide.
