摘要
文章介绍了一种适用于电驱动总成的声学试验台架及其调试方法。基于新能源动力总成声学试验台架,建立了电驱动总成与试验台架的通信框架。通过定义台架与总成的交互逻辑实现总成受控运行,从而进行电驱动总成声学性能开发台架试验。该方法已应用于产品开发,具有一定的经济效益,且对同类动力总成的台架调试具有指导意义。
A new energy powertrain acoustic test bench and a debugging method suitable for e-drive powertrain acoustic test bench is introduce in this paper.Based on new energy powertrain acoustic test bench,a communication frame between e-drive powertrain and test bench is established.Through defining the interaction logic between test bench and powertrain,e-drive powertrain can run in managed mode,so that developing bench test for e-drive powertrain can be carried out correctly.This method has been used for product development and has economic benefits.Moreover,this method has a significant guidance to the bench debugging for similar powertrains.
