摘要
文章以某公司一款P2 DCT混动变速器为例,介绍了混动变速器总成下线测试台架的设计与集成方案。针对该公司目前没有现成的P2 DCT混动变速器测试台架这一现状,自主设计了混动变速器的台架测试系统,以纵置P2 DCT混动变速器下线测试试验为例,对该测试系统进行了测试验证。结果表明,该混动变速器下线测试台架系统具备装配下线测试的常规功能,通用性强,能够满足大部分P2 DCT混动变速器下线测试的需求。
In this paper,a P2 DCT hybrid transmission of a company is taken as an example to introduce the design and integration scheme of the offline test bench for the hybrid transmission assembly.In view of the fact that the company does not currently have an existing P2 DCT hybrid transmission test bench,it has independently designed and integrated a bench test system for the hybrid transmission.Taking the vertical P2 DCT hybrid gearbox off-line test test as an example,the test system was tested and verified.The results show that the hybrid gearbox off-line test bench system has the conventional functions of assembly and off-line testing and is versatile,which can meet the testing requirements of most P2 DCT hybrid transmissions.
