使用两驱和四驱模式转鼓的油耗测试差异分析

Analysis of the Difference of the Fuel Consumption Result When Do Test with 2WD and 4WD Chassis Dynamometer

车辆在转鼓上分别以两驱(2WD)和四驱(4WD)模式进行整车油耗试验时,其检测结果会有一定的差异。文章通过对使用两种模式进行检测时车辆所受负荷的比较分析,以及设计不同试验方案进行检测验证,确定了当车辆以不同模式进行试验时,其油耗结果出现差异的原因及相关数据。此研究将为检测机构和生产厂商获得更加精准的油耗试验结果,避免车辆在产品申报或生产一致性检查中可能产生油耗超标风险提供帮助。

When the vehicle is tested on the drum in two-wheel drive(2WD)and four-wheel drive(4WD)modes according to the standard,the test results will be different.In this paper,by comparing and analyzing the load on the vehicle using the two modes of testing,and designing different test schemes for testing and verification,the reason of the fuel consumption difference and the approximate number of differences when the vehicle is tested in different modes are determined.This research will help test institutions and manufacturers to obtain more accurate fuel consumption test results,and to help vehicles avoid the risk of excessive fuel consumption that may occur in product declarations or production consistency checks.
