Alternative Study of Pendulum Method for Basketball Impact Test of Airbag Misuse

安全气囊是车辆被动安全的重要部件,气囊的误爆会给乘客带来严重的伤害。2016年,国家标准《汽车安全气囊系统误作用试验的方法和要求》送审稿正式发布,其中篮球撞击试验对试验的要求颇高。文章通过对比试验和信号分析,研究验证了以摆锤试验替代传统液压发射器发射篮球的试验方法的可行性和有效性。

The airbag is an important part of the passive safety of the vehicle.The accidental explosion of the airbag will cause serious injury to the passengers.In 2016,the GB/T"Methods and Requirements for the Test of Mistakes in Automotive Airbag Systems"was officially released,in which the basketball impact test is quite demanding.In this paper,the feasibility and effectiveness of the pendulum test as an alternative are verified by comparative experiments and signal analysis.
