患者报告结局在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重的识别和评估中的应用

Application of patient reported outcomes in the detection and evaluation of COPD exacerbation

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是严重危害人类健康的常见病、多发病,急性加重事件是COPD患者健康状况和预后的主要决定因素。目前临床上主要是由临床医师根据患者症状结合相关辅助检查对急性加重进行诊断和评估,这种方式存在一定的局限性。患者报告结局是一种直接来自于患者自身,不经临床医师或研究人员干涉的健康状况报告,近年来逐渐被应用到COPD急性加重的识别和评估中,并伴随物联网医学技术的发展获得了广阔的应用前景。在未来的临床研究中,应用患者报告结局有助于我们发现新的急性加重临床亚型,实现个体化精准治疗。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common disease that seriously threatens human lives around the world.Acute exacerbation of COPD(AECOPD)is one of the major factors that determines the prognosis of COPD patients.Nowadays,the detection and evaluation of AECOPD are mainly conducted by clinicians according to the patients′symptoms and physical examination results.However,there are certain limits to this approach.Patient reported outcomes(PRO)collect data directly from the patients without the interventions of the clinicians or researchers and has been gradually applied in detection and evaluation of AECOPD.With the rapid development of internet of things medical technology,PRO has greater clinical usage prospect in the future.PRO can help us elucidate novel subtype of AECOPD and optimize individualized,precision treatment of COPD.
