A study on the impact of COVID-19 on college students’career guidance:A case study of the empirical investigation of 448 college students in Huazhong Agricultural University

近年来,大学毕业生就业形势日趋严峻,大学生就业指导的价值不断凸显,实证调研高校大学生就业指导十分必要。在新形势下,聚焦大学生就业的心态及需求,高校应优化对策,实施就业政策精准宣讲、生涯规划精准掌握、就业技能精准指导、就业信息精准推送、“一人一策”精准帮扶等大学生精准就业指导,坚决全面打赢就业攻坚战。

The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly influenced/attacked the employment of college students,it is necessary to empirically investigate the impact of COVID-19 on college students’career guidance.According to the survey,college students turn to be rational in general when coping with COVID-19,and the value of college students’career guidance has been increasingly highlighted in response to COVID-19.In the face of college students’needs and suggestions to different content and form of employment guidance in COVID-19,ideological and political educators in universities should implement guidance to precise employment for college students,and comprehensively win the battle for employment.
