摘要
以福建农林大学安溪茶学院为例,针对“创新创业专题讲座与实践”课程,融合创新创业通识教育、创新创业案例专题讲座和创新创业实践三大模块内容,以培养创新创业人才为导向,以提升教师理论和实践教学能力为基础,围绕课程培养目标、课程内容设置、混合式教学设计与评价等方面进行混合式教学模式探索。提倡分年级开展三大模块教学,以保证大学培养全程贯穿创新创业教育。并以创新创业通识教育作为混合式教学活动设计主体,从组建校企双导师教师团队、构建一体化创新创业实践平台、开展多样化创新创业实践活动三个方面提出了混合式教学模式下创新创业课程教学改革对策。
Taking Anxi College of Tea Science in Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as an example,aiming at the course of“special lecture and practice of innovation and entrepreneurship”,this paper integrates the three modules of general education of innovation and entrepreneurship,special lecture of innovation and entrepreneurship cases and practice of innovation and entrepreneurship.Guided by the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and based on the improvement of teachers'theoretical and practical teaching ability,the mixed teaching mode is explored in terms of curriculum training objectives,curriculum content setting,mixed teaching design and evaluation.It is recommended to carry out three modules of teaching by grade to ensure that the whole process of university training runs through innovation and entrepreneurship education.Taking the general education of innovation and entrepreneurship as the main body of the mixed teaching activity design,this paper puts forward the teaching reform countermeasures of the innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum under the mixed teaching mode from three aspects:the establishment of the school enterprise double-mentor teachers team,the construction of the integrated innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform,and the development of diversified innovation and entrepreneurship practice activities.
