摘要
农业高校开展创业教育响应了乡村振兴战略、人才强国战略、创新驱动发展战略等国家战略的需要,师资队伍的建设水平直接决定农业高校创业教育质量,影响着农业高校大学生创业教育实效。针对农业高校创业教育师资队伍力量不足、教育理念不新、教育能力不强、教师保障不力等问题,遵循共享性、协同性和复合性原则,探究以共建共享扩充师资队伍规模、以培养培训提升教育教学水平、以师生同创开展创业指导、以资源投入实现兼职教师待遇保障等措施,切实有效加强农业高校创业教育师资队伍建设。
Agricultural universities have carried out the entrepreneurship education to respond to the national strategies,such as the rural revitalization strategy,the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource,and the innovation-driven development strategy.The construction of teaching faculty level directly determines agricultural universities entrepreneurship education quality,and affects the efficiency of agricultural college student’s entrepreneurship education.Focusing on the problems such as the deficiency of teachers team,the backward of teaching concepts,the weakness of teaching ability,and the inefficiency of teacher support,following the principles of shareability,cooperativity,and compositeness,this research aims to explore the way to effectively strengthen the construction of faculty of entrepreneurship education in agricultural universities by means of expanding faculty based on co-establishment and sharing,improving teaching quality through training,developing instruction with the cooperation between teachers and students,and achieving the protection of the treatment of part-time teachers by resource input.
