摘要
为了获取某SUV车身电子稳定系统支架的性能,首先基于Hypermesh软件建立其有限元模型,然后对其进行重力场强度分析,分析结果表明其应力均低于材料屈服。再采用Nastran软件对其进行模态分析,分析结果表明其前两阶固有频率均高于外界激励频率。最后采用Isight软件其进行优化轻量化设计,得到了最优的支架厚度值,优化之后其强度性能和模态性能均符合要求,并且顺利通过了台架试验和道路耐久试验。
Aiming at obtaining the performance of a SUV body electronic stability program bracket.Firstly,the finite element model of the bracket was established by adopting Hypermesh software.it was strength analyzed by adopting gravity field method,the analysised result showed that its stress was less than the yield strength of the material.Secondly,it was modal analyzed by adopting Nastran software,the analysised result showed that its first two natural frequency was higher than the external excitation frequency.Lastly,the bracket was lightweight designed based on Isight software,the optimal bracket thickness were obtained,its strength performance and modal performance could meet the requirements,and it successfully passed the bench test and road endurance test.
