Research and Application of PVE Verification Method for EVAP System

PVE测试是国VI法规中新增的主要项目之一,也是国内首次开展量产车的评估测试,其中PVE J2的测试项目是各大企业、研究机构所面临的最大难题。文章根据现有经验,对OBD系统及PVE测试做出了全面性介绍,同时对EVAP系统进行了针对性研究,阐述了国Ⅵ标准下该系统的技术更新和工作机制,通过对双PCS阀门故障模拟的分析和说明,具体化了EVAP系统故障码模拟的思路和方法,对PVE测试项目的推进起到了重要的作用和意义。

PVE testing is one of the major new items in the China VI regulations,which is also the first evaluation test of a production car in China.The PVE J2 test project is the biggest problem faced by major companies and research institutions.Based on the previous data,this article is going to make a comprehensive introduction to the OBD system and PVE test,in the meantime,conduct the targeted research on the EVP system,demonstrating the technical update and working mechanism of the system under the China Ⅵ standard.Through the analysis about the fault simulation of the double PCS valve,the EVAP system fault code will be materialized,which plays an important role and significance in advancing the PVE test project.
