摘要
汽车耐久可靠性评价经常由于概念的混淆及样本量的限制导致评价偏差,甚至于部分车企只是盲目的进行道路试验,对于试验过程中的故障、失效并未做科学的统计分析,从而陷入路试、整改、再验证的死循环中,浪费了大量资源,文章基于对耐久性与可靠性的定义解读借助可靠性统计分析的数学方法将耐久可靠性的评价进行量化以帮助耐久可靠性工程师能够客观评估产品的耐久可靠性水平。
As durability and reliability is similar in concept,and the vehicle test sample is always be limited so some company just arrange vehicle to run road test but do not analysis the test defect then they fall in a dead cycle:test_defect solve_revalidation and don’t know the durability and reliability level of their product,so we need to find a way to give a normative evaluation assessment.
