As a strategic new industry,new energy automobile represents the future of manufacturing industry.Sales of new-energy vehicles have continued to decline since subsidies for new-energy vehicles accelerated their decline.This paper briefly analyzes the application of WBS&PBS mixed in the automobile industry and the significance of its implementation with a storage line of a new energy automobile factory in China,so as to increase the body storage quantity and reduce the equipment energy consumption.
