摘要
柔性多状态开关(flexible multi-state switch,FMSS)可连接存在电压差和相角差的馈线,并按指令在馈线之间转移功率,能够有效平抑馈线负荷过载。FMSS各端的容量需要优化配置。基于负荷的时序随机概率模型,建立配电网负荷特性和过载风险之间的解析表达式;并提出考虑FMSS降低过载风险收益和投运成本的FMSS容量优化配置模型;最后以含三端FMSS的配电网为例,利用上述优化模型,计算不同负荷运行场景下FMSS容量优化配置方案。结果表明,FMSS的容量优化配置与配电网的负荷特性紧密相关,优化模型可为FMSS各端容量优化配置提供参考。
Flexible multi-state switch(FMSS)can connect feeders with different voltage and phase angle,and transfer power between feeders according to instructions,which can effectively suppress the overload of feeders.The capacity of each port of FMSS needs to be optimized.Based on the time-series probability model of load,the analytical expression between load characteristics and overload risk of distribution network was established.And an optimal capacity allocation model of FMSS considering investment and operation cost and the benefit of reducing overload risk was proposed.Finally,taking the distribution network with three-port FMSS as an example,the optimal allocation scheme of FMSS capacity under different load operation scenarios was calculated by using the above optimization model.The results show that the optimal capacity allocation of FMSS is closely related to the load characteristics of the distribution network,and the proposed optimization model can provide a reference for the capacity allocation of FMSS.
