健康中国视角下优化国民心理健康素养研究:意义与取径

Research on Optimization of National Mental Health Literacy from the Perspective of Healthy China Strategy:Significance and Research Path

提升国民心理健康水平,加强社会心理服务体系建设是推进落实健康中国战略的应有之义和重要途径。然而,健康中国战略对于社会心理健康服务体系的要求和我国当前的心理健康服务现状之间的差距仍然普遍存在。促使公众形成有效的心理求助需求,建立新型的心理健康服务模式是弥合这一差距的关键性问题,优化心理健康素养则是解决这一问题的重要抓手和突破点。当前,心理健康素养研究正经历由精神流行病学范式向心理学和社会学范式的转型。以当代中国为背景,对心理健康素养进行再概念化,探究新时代中国人的心理健康素养现状是当前心理学取径研究的核心工作之一。这一研究的意义主要体现为:(1)促进形成有效求助需求,提升公众心理健康水平;(2)增强文化自信,构建当代中国人的心理健康素养理论;(3)指导心理健康服务供给侧结构性改革,促进心理健康公平;(4)降低精神疾病负担,助力全面小康;(5)助力构建社会心理服务体系。

Improving the nation's mental health and the system of social-psychological service is an important way to promote the implementation of the Healthy China Strategy.However,the gap between the requirements of the Healthy China Strategy for the social mental health service system and the current situation of mental health service in China still exists.Facilitating the demand for mental services and optimizing the mental health service model are critical factors to close the gap.Mental health literacy is the key concept to solve this problem.The study of mental health literacy is undergoing a transformation from the paradigm of psychiatry epidemiology to that of psychology and sociology.Taking contemporary China as the background,reconceptualize mental health literacy,and explore the mental health literacy of Chinese people in the new era are core work of current research.The significance of this research is mainly reflected in 5 aspects.(1)Promoting the formation of demand for mental health services,which can improve public mental health.(2)Enhancing cultural confidence and constructing the theory about national mental health literacy.(3)Guiding the supply-side structural reform of mental health services and promoting equality in mental health.(4)Reducing the burden of mental illness to build a comprehensive well-off society.(5)Building a social psychological service system.
