Research on the Historical Development and Experience of the College Counselors System Since the Founding of the People's Republic of China

新中国成立以来,在借鉴苏联经验和继承抗日军政大学政治指导员制度的优良传统基础上,结合具体国情和高等教育发展实际,高校辅导员工作制度从初步建立、基本形成、恢复调整、职业化到创新发展而日趋完善。其建设的基本经验有:坚持马克思主义的指导地位,确保辅导员工作的政治方向;适应党和国家形势任务发展需要,推动辅导员工作职责职能不断丰富;适应日常思想政治工作要求,推动辅导员队伍的专兼职相结合;适应学生成长发展需求,对辅导员政治素质和业务能力要求不断提高。

Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,based on the experience of the Soviet Union and the inheritance of the splendid tradition of the political instructor system of the Military and Political University of Resistance Against Japan,and combined with the specific national conditions and the actual development of higher education,the college counselor system has been increasingly perfected from initial establishment,basic formation,restoration and adjustment to innovative development.The basic experience of the system includes:adhering to the guiding position of Marxism in political direction of the counselor's work;promoting to enrich the counselor's job duties to adapt to the developmental trend of the Communist Party of China and China;combining the part-time counselors team and the full-time counselors one to adapt to the daily ideological and political work requirements;and continuously enhancing the requirement of the political quality and professional ability of counselors to meet the needs of students'growth and development.
