摘要
从样品制备过程和检测观察过程2方面识别了灰铸铁组织评判的一些干扰因素,避免了灰铸铁组织的误判,通过灰铸铁组织的分布情况来分析铸造过程中孕育处理的优劣,得出以下结论:C型石墨是过共晶铸铁的产物,又粗又直,对于亚共晶灰铸铁中的块状石墨主要是磨抛质量不好,理解C型石墨生成机理就不会对其误判,对于铁素体、磷共晶和碳化物,也是需要理解三者的生成机理,才能做到准确评判。
Some interference factors of gray iron microstructure judgment were identified from sample preparation process and observation process,and thereby avoided the misjudgment of gray iron microstructure.The distribution of gray iron microstru-ctures was used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of inoculating treatment in the casting process.Following concl-usions were obtained:C-type graphite was a product of hypereutectic cast iron and was thick and straight.The bulk graphite in hypoeutectic gray iron was caused mainly due to poor grinding and polishing quality of the specimen.Understanding the formation mechanism of C-type graphite will not result in misjudgment.In order to accurately judge the ferrite,phosphide eutectic and carbide it was also necessary to understand their formation mechanism.
