摘要
为了研究全速、变频恒压、变频变压三种不同供水方式水泵的能耗情况,本研究首先从原理上对三种不同供水方式调节过程泵的能耗进行了分析。其次,基于设计搭建的水泵给水系统试验平台,对水泵进行了性能试验,并对比分析了水泵全速、恒压和变压运行的能耗差别。通过分析试验数据,结果表明:在相同流量下,变频变压供水能耗最小。变频变压供水与全速供水、变频恒压供水相比,泵的扬程、轴功率、每吨水能耗下降率明显。
To investigate the energy consumption of the pump under the three water supply modes including the full speed mode,the variable frequency constant pressure mode, and the variable frequency variable pressure mode, the energy consumption of pump under the three different water supply modes were analyzed starting from the principle of the water supply mode firstly.Then,the pump performance experiment was performed on the self-built pump water supply system platform.Additionally,the energy consumptions of the pump under the full speed, the constant pressure, and the variable pressure modes were compared. By the analyzing of the experimental data, the results showed that at the energy consumption under the variable frequency variable pressure mode was the smallest when the flow rate was the same.Compared with fullspeed mode and variable frequency constant pressure mode, the head, shaft power, and energy consumption for per ton of water of the pump under the variable frequency variable pressure mode decreased obviously.
