摘要
项目实施是外包行业的重要组成部分,在整个项目的上线过程中起着重要的作用。目前已经存在大量的完整的项目实施流程,但这些业务流程存在着一些缺陷,无法适应不同客户对项目接受能力的差异,培训实际消耗时间与预期时间不一致,影响项目实施进度等问题。为了解决这一问题,利用Petri网对项目实施流程进行建模和分析,给出了优化的项目实施流程模型。优化后的模型缩短了项目实施周期,改善了项目外包的实施流程。
Project implementation is an important part of outsourcing industry and plays an important role in the whole process of project on-line.At present,there are a large number of complete project implementation processes,but there are some defects in these business processes,which cannot adapt to the differences in project acceptance ability of different customers,the inconsistency between actual training consumption time and expected time,and affect the project implementation schedule.In order to solve this problem,the project implementation process was modeled and analyzed with Petri net,and the optimized project implementation process model was given.The optimized model shortens the project implementation cycle and improves the project implementation process.
