Ag掺杂BiVO4的制备及其光催化性能

摘要 采用水热法制备Ag掺杂BiVO4纳米光催化剂,通过SEM,XRD,UV-Vis DRS等方法对其进行表征,并用MB溶液模拟废液考查其光催化降解活性。结果表明,所得样品多为纳米级的棒状,少部分为不规则的片状;在Ag和Bi的摩尔比为1:10的条件下制备的Ag/BiVO4光催化性能最佳,在700W氙灯下光照180 min后,对MB的降解率达到了85%。 Ag-doped BiVO4 nano-size photocatalysts were prepared by hydrothermal method and were characterized by SEM,XRD,UV-Vis DRS and other means.MB solution was used to simulate the degradation activity of the wastewater.The results showed that the samples were mostly nanoscale rods and a few irregular plates.Ag/BiVO4 had the best photocatalytic performance when the molar ratio of Ag:Bi was 1:10,and the degradation rate of MB reached 85%after 180 min of irradiation with 700W xenon lamp.
