摘要
为了实现纸张快速、无损精确计数,设计了一种基于电容传感器的纸张计数仪。计数仪以STM32F103单片机为控制器,利用两块铜片构成平行极板电容器,采用FDC2214芯片对微小电容响应信号进行检测。经过已知数量的纸张对系统标定后,即可完成未知数量纸张的精确检测。实验结果表明,当被测纸张数量在(1~120)张时,该系统测量精度高,稳定性较好,具有一定的实用价值,当测量纸张数过大时,系统准确度变差,为纸张快速、无损检测提供一种新的方法和技术支撑。
In order to realize the rapid and nondestructive detection of the paper number,a paper counter based on capacitance sensor was designed.The system used a STM32F103 MCU as the control core,two copper sheets constituted parallel plate capacitor,FDC2214 chip was used to detect the sensing signal of micro capacitance.When the system was calibrated by the number of known paper,the system can detect unknown number of paper.The experimental result shows that when the number of paper is(1-120),the system has high measuring accuracy,better stability and good practical value,while the number of paper is too large,the accuracy of system becomes worse.This study provides a new method and technical support for rapid and nondestructive testing the number of paper.
