基于科莱斯平衡计分卡的教育共享联盟绩效评价实证研究

摘要 通过科莱斯平衡计分卡并基于浙江省5所高校的调查数据进行实证分析,将SPSS22.0、AMOS及AHP的量化分析结果应用于对目标课程共享联盟绩效模型进行构建。SPSS22.0、AMOS及AHP的量化分析结果显示:(1)政府拨款是高校思想政治教育共享联盟最为重要的财务资金来源;(2)服务学生维度的所有绩效指标均对联盟运营产生重大影响;(3)联盟内部流程维度中,“教育质量”指标与联盟运营呈现出最为紧密且显著的影响;(4)盟员满意度及培训率在联盟学习于成长透视维度中影响分值较高,应实现联盟成员即各个利益相关者现实需求的满足和联盟运营的实际操作性的完善,从而实现联盟的帕累托最优。 An empirical analysis is performed based on survey data from 5 colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province through the Colles Balanced Scorecard.The quantitative analysis results of SPSS22.0,AMOS,and AHP are used to construct the target course sharing alliance performance model.The quantitative analysis results of SPSS22.0,AMOS,and AHP show that:(1)government funding is the most important source of financial funds for ideological and political education sharing alliances in universities;(2)all performance indicators serving the student dimension have a significant impact on alliance operations;(3)in the dimension of the internal process of the alliance,the"education quality"index and the alliance operation show the closest and significant impact;(4)the alliance satisfaction and training rate have a higher impact score in the perspective of the alliance's growth perspective.That is to say,to meet the actual needs of various stakeholders and to improve the actual operability of the alliance operation,so as to achieve the Pareto optimality of the alliance.
