主体间性视角下我国大学校长角色的自我认同与他者认同 被引量:3

Self-identity and Others’Identity of the Role of Chinese University Presidents from the Perspective of Multiple Subjects

摘要 当前中国大学校长角色评价存在着诸多问题,尤其是党委领导下的校长负责制如何在现代大学治理中发挥中国特色,既需要扎根本土,也需要放眼世界。从实践层面,当前大学校长角色评价存在外部评价不够全面、自评实现困难、特色评价不足,尤其缺乏来自道德和情感等维度评价的现实问题;从理论层面,主体间性视角与认同理论在内在学理上的一致性允许研究者借鉴相关因素进行大学校长内外部角色认同评价。该研究制定了"大学校长角色发展的关键事件访谈表"和"大学校长角色发展的相关利益者访谈表",通过德尔菲法进行理论因子的检验与修正。调查数据显示,角色冲突、角色危机、角色认同为共同认可的客观存在,尤其是对教育家校长角色的追求及相应角色表征的选择呈现一致,但在大学校长的权力类型和角色支持上具有差异性选择。研究继而提出应深度关注大学校长角色发展的自我认同、辩证看待大学校长角色发展的他者认同、找寻大学校长角色自我认同与他者认同的动态平衡。 There are some problems in current role evaluation of university presidents especially how the president responsibility system under the leadership of the Party Committee can bring into play the Chinese characteristics in modern university governance in China,which requires not only taking root locally,but also having a global vision.From the practical level,there are some problems such as the lack of comprehensive external evaluation,the difficulty of self-evaluation and the lack of characteristic evaluation,especially the lack of practical evaluation from moral and emotional dimensions;from the theoretical level,the internal consistency between the inter-subjectivity perspective and the identity theory allows us to use the relevant factors for reference in the evaluation of university presidents’internal and external role identity.In this research,we formulated the"key event interview table for the development of university presidents’role"and"stakeholder interview table for the development of university presidents’role",tested and revised the theoretical factors by Delphi method.According to the survey data,role conflict,role crisis and role identity are the objective common recognition,especially the pursuit of the role of educator and the choice of the corresponding role representation are consistent,but there are different choices in the power type and role support of university presidents.Then the research proposes that we pay close attention to the self-identity of the development of the role of university presidents,look at the other-identity of the development of the role of university presidents dialectically,and find the dynamic balance between the self-identity of the role of university presidents and other-identity.
