摘要
针对我国现代化矿井通风信息化、智能化升级的重大需求,系统研究了矿井智能通风原理、关键技术及其系统组成。明确阐述了矿井智能通风的定义与内涵:矿井智能通风是通过智能控制实现按需供风,稳定、经济地向矿井连续输送新鲜空气,供人员呼吸,稀释并排出有害气体和粉尘,改善矿井气候条件及救灾时具有一定智能调控风流的作业;其内涵是将信息采集处理技术、控制技术与通风系统深度融合,按照“平战结合”的理念实现按需供风及异常灾变状态下智能决策与应急调控,既满足日常通风的自动化管理与维护,又实现灾变时期的应急控风有效抑制灾情演化。基于风网调节的非线性优化模型提出了矿井智能控风模型,设计了矿井多元信息智能感知→高效可靠信息传输→通风状态智能分析与决策→通风设施/动力智能调控执行与反馈的标准化工作流程;随后,围绕矿井智能通风系统功能的具体实现,分别从矿井通风参数精准监测、矿井通风异常诊断与智能决策平台、通风动力与设施智能调控等关键技术详细阐明了矿井智能通风功能的实现路径;最后介绍了矿井通风参数在线监测与风网实时解算、区域联动调控等矿井智能通风关键技术的现场试验及应用实例。
In view of the important demand of modern mine ventilation information and intelligent upgrading in China,the principle of intelligent ventilation,key technology and the composition of the system of mine are studied.The definition and connotation of mine intelligent ventilation are clearly explained.Mine intelligent ventilation is achieved through intelligent control on on-demand air supply,stably and economically deliver continuous and fresh air to the mine,for personnel breathing,dilution and discharge of harmful gases and dust,improving the mine climate conditions and disaster relief with a certain intelligent regulation of wind flow operations.Its connotation is to deeply integrate information collection and processing technology,control technology and ventilation system,and achieve on-demand air supplying and abnormal disaster state intelligent decision-making and emergency controlling under the condition of“based on peacetime,focused on disaster”,not only to meet the automatic management and maintenance of daily ventilation,but also to achieve the disaster period of emergency control air effectively inhibiting the evolution of disaster.Based on the non-linear optimization model of air network regulation,the model of mine intelligent air control is proposed,and the standardized workflow is designed including the execution and feedback of the intelligent information of the mine,the multi-information intelligence perception of the mine,the efficient and reliable information transmission,the intelligent analysis and decision-making of the ventilation state,the execution and feedback of the ventilation facility/power intelligent regulation.Then,according to the concrete realization of the function of the intelligent ventilation system of the mine,the realization path of intelligent ventilation function of mine is respectively explained in detail from the key technologies such as the precision monitoring of ventilation parameters,diagnosis of ventilation anomaly and intelligent decision-making platform,ventilation power and intelligent regulation of facilities.Finally,the field test and application examples of the key technologies are presented such as the on-line monitoring of ventilation parameters and real-time solution of wind network,and regional linkage control.
