深基坑及周边建筑物的沉降监测实例分析 被引量:5

摘要 本文依托长春市中日友好会馆B座基坑的水平、竖向位移及周边建筑物沉降监测工程为背景,采用高精度的徕卡全站仪TS30,天宝二等水准仪DINI03观测仪器,LEICA Geo Office,Cass9.1和Excel编程软件处理观测数据,并对监测的16个基坑观测点水平、竖向位移和12个建筑物观测点的沉降监测数据的累积变化量和变化速率进行分析.提出了深基坑工程及周边建筑物的沉降规律,对监测中发现的不稳定因素、确保基坑结构和周边建筑物的安全稳定具有重要意义. Based on the foundation pit level,vertical displacement monitoring and building settlement monitoring project of building B of Changchun International Conference Center,this paper uses high-precision Leica Camera total station instrument TS30,second-class Leveling Instrument DINI03 Observation Instrument,Leica Geo Of-fice,CASS9.1 and Excel to process the observed data,and analyzes the cumulative change and change rate of the settlement monitoring data of 16 pit observation points’horizontal and vertical displacement monitoring and 12 building observation points.In this paper,the settlement law of deep foundation pit and surrounding buildings is summarized,which is of great significance for monitoring and finding unstable factors and ensuring the safety of foundation pit and surrounding buildings.
