我国严寒地区近零能耗建筑发展及问题分析 被引量:4

摘要 近年来,随着我国建筑业的快速发展,能源消耗量逐年递增,建筑能耗比例不断扩大."近零能耗建筑"是解决建筑能耗高及其引发的资源、环境问题的有效途径,目前在世界各国得到广泛的推广和采纳.本文通过梳理近零能耗建筑在我国严寒地区发展过程,并借鉴国外严寒地区近零能耗建筑成功经验的基础上,找出存在的问题并分析产生问题的原因,提出适合于我国严寒地区近零能耗建筑发展对策. In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s construction industry,energy consumption has increased year by year,and the proportion of building energy consumption has continued to expand.How to ensure the comfort of living under the condition of reducing energy consumption is a problem that is widely concerned by the entire construction industry.“Near-zero-energy buildings”came into being,and they have been increas-ingly adopted and promoted by countries around the world.This article mainly sorts out the development process of near-zero energy-consumption buildings in China's severe cold regions,draws on the successful experience of near-zero energy-consumption buildings in severe cold regions abroad,finds out the existing problems and ana-lyzes the causes of the problems,and proposes near-zero-energy buildings in severe cold regions countermea-sures for development.
