摘要
在高速铁路附属施工中,需要采用人工挖孔成桩的施工工序,在炸药供应紧张或因现场实际情况不允许采取爆破成孔方式的情况下,可以选择钻芯劈裂成孔施工方法.本文结合新建赣州至深圳铁路路基附属抗滑桩施工工程,围绕钻芯劈裂成孔施工方法展开工艺分析,具体涉及到放线定位、开挖、导管选择等工序,结合现场情况提出施工安全技术措施,确保全程施工安全,从而保证各分项施工质量.
In the auxiliary construction of high--speed railway,the construction process of manually digging holes and forming piles is required.W hen the supply of explosives is tight or the method of blasting holes is not allowed due to the actual situation on site,the construction method of drilling cores to split holes can be selected.This ar-ticle combined with the construction of the anti--slide piles attached to the newly built Ganzhou--Shenzhen railway subgrade,carried out a process analysis around the construction method of core drilling and splitting holes,specif-ically involving the processes of positioning,excavation,and selection of conduits.Measures to ensure the safety of the entire construction,so as to ensure the quality of each sub-construction.
