兰州市生活性服务业的分布特征及影响因素初探

A Preliminary Study on the Distribution Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Life Services in Lanzhou

生活性服务业科学合理的配置可为市民提供可持续发展的宜居环境.依据2019年兰州市四区兴趣点数据(POI),利用平均最近邻指数、核密度函数、局域Getis-Ord G*指数,探究兰州市生活性服务业的分布特征及影响因素.研究表明:兰州市生活性服务业集聚程度明显,整体具有“东密西疏”不均衡分布特征;不同类型生活性服务业分布特征各异,呈现“单核心”、“双核心”、“多核心”的分布特征;不同区域生活性服务业分布特征差异明显,城关区生活服务业态齐全,七里河区主要以医疗保健、批发零售、绿地广场为核心,安宁区主要以科教文化为核心,西固区主要以餐饮住宿、居民服务、批发零售为核心;地理环境、城市发展历史、商圈引力、政策导向、交通便捷程度是影响兰州市生活性服务业分布的重要因素.

The scientific and reasonable configuration of the life service industry provides a sustainable and livable environment for the citizens.Based on the POI data of the four districts of Lanzhou in 2019,the average nearest neighbor index,kernel density function,and Getis-Ord G*index were used to explore the distribution characteristics and influencing factors of the life service industry in Lanzhou.The results show that the concentration of life service industry in Lanzhou city is obvious,and it presents an unbalanced characteristic that it is sparser in western area than in eastern area.Different types of life service industries have different distribution characteristics,which represents distribution features of"single core","dual core","Multi-core".The distribution characteristics of the life service industry in different regions differs a lot.For example,life service industry in Chengguan District is complete,Qi Lihe District is mainly based on the medical care,wholesale,retail,and green space square;Anning District is mainly based on science and education;and Xigu District is mainly based on catering and accommodation,residential services,wholesale and retail.The study found that geographical environment,history of urban development,attraction of business districts,policy orientation,and convenience of transportation are important factors that influence the distribution of life services in Lanzhou.
