摘要
制订牵引接触网维修计划是保障电气化铁路稳定受流和运输安全的重要措施.基于牵引接触网系统中各设备间的经济相关性,以系统最小维修成本为优化目标,建立分阶段成组维修模型.应用遗传算法对研究区间内各阶段的维修间隔、维修次数和维修方式进行决策,并与0-1维修模型优化结果进行比较.研究结果表明,分阶段成组维修模型能够在满足系统可靠度约束的前提下,以更低的维修成本满足牵引接触网系统的维修任务要求,更具可行性和经济性.
The maintenance of traction catenary system is an important measure to ensure the stability of electrical railway transport and transportation safety.Taking the system minimum maintenance cost as the optimization goal,economic correlation between equipments in traction catenary system were considered and multi-period group preventive maintenance model was established in this paper.The maintenance interval,maintenance frequency and maintenance action were optimized by using genetic algorithm,then compared with the optimization of 0-1 preventive maintenance model.The results show that multi-period grouping preventive maintenance model can meet the requirements of the traction catenary system with lower maintenance cost and is more feasible and economical on the premise of satisfying the system reliability constraints.
