摘要
石墨烯,由于具有较长的自旋扩散长度和自旋弛豫时间,在自旋电子学领域具有应用潜力。然而,石墨烯本征非磁,如何在其中诱导产生磁性,这对于其在自旋电子器件中的应用至关重要。本文将对石墨烯的诱导磁性研究现状进行介绍与分析。
Graphene has potential application in the field of spin electronics due to its long spin diffusion length and spin relaxation time.However,the intrinsic graphene is non-magnetic.Thus,it is crucial to induce magnetism in graphene for its application in spintronic devices.In this article,we introduced and analyzed the researches of the induced magnetism of graphene.
