摘要
Cypate是一种新型酞菁类光热染料,广泛应用于肿瘤光热治疗领域,但制备过程产品纯化困难、存在产品纯度和收率低的缺陷。本文研究了Cypate的合成工艺,提高了中间体的收率,并通过微波辅助方法制备Cypate。优化后的工艺具有原料易采购、操作简便、成本低廉、绿色环保的诸多优势,适合产业化应用。
Cypate is a novel photothermal dye and is widely used in the field of tumor photothermal therapy.However,the product was difficult to purify during the preparation process,and the purity and yield were low.The synthetic process of Cypate was studied in this manuscript.The yield of the intermediates was improved,and Cypate was prepared by microwave-assisted method.The optimized process has many advantages of easy to purchase raw materials,simple operation,low cost and environmental protection,which is suitable for industrial application.
