摘要 以水热法制备的中孔钛硅分子筛Ti-HMS为催化剂,以过氧化环己酮为氧化剂,对含二苯并噻吩的模拟油进行了催化氧化脱硫反应。考察了不同温度下脱硫反应的动力学,利用一级反应速率方程拟合出各温度下的速率常数,然后进一步采用阿伦尼乌斯方程推测了反应的活化能为41.7 kJ/mol。以1,5-环辛二烯,1-辛烯,萘和四氢萘代表真实油品中的烯烃和环状芳烃组分,将其添加至模拟油中,探讨了油品组分对氧化脱硫的影响,为Ti-HMS应用于真实油品提供了参考。 The mesoporous titanium-silicon molecular sieve Ti-HMS prepared by hydrothermal method was used as a catalyst,and cyclohexanone peroxide was used as an oxidant to perform a catalytic oxidative desulfurization reaction on a dibenzothiophene-containing model oil.The kinetics of the desulfurization reaction at different temperatures were investigated,and the rate constants at each temperature were fitted using the first-order reaction rate equation,and then the Arrhenius equation was used to extrapolate the activation energy of the reaction to 41.7 kJ/mol.1,5-cyclooctadiene,1-octene,naphthalene and tetrahydronaphthalene are used to represent olefins and cyclic aromatic hydrocarbon components in real oils,and they are added to model oils.The good desulfurization effect provides a reference for the application of Ti-HMS to real oil products.
