摘要
本文采用X射线荧光光谱法测定首饰中金含量的数学模型,对其不确定进行评定。贵金属首饰中金的含量在99.920%时,结果的扩展不确定度为0.08%(k=2)。对GB/T18043-2013《首饰贵金属含量的测定X射线荧光光谱法》标准方法测定首饰中贵金属的不确定度来源进行分析,使测量结果更具科学性,从而能够规范、定量的进行首饰中贵金属含量测定。
This paper uses X-ray fluorescence spectrometry to establish a mathematical model for determining the content of precious metals in jewelry,and evaluates its uncertainty.When the gold content in precious metal jewelry is 99.920%,the expanded uncertainty of the result is 0.06%(k=2).The GB/T18043-2013"Determination of Precious Metals in Jewellery by X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy"standard method is used to analyze the sources of uncertainty in measuring precious metals in jewelry,so that the measurement results are more scientific,so that the precious metals in jewelry can be standardized and quantitatively analyzed.Content determination.
