利用碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度法测定水样中的总氮,探讨该方法对样品精密度,准确度等指标的影响。
The total nitrogen in water samples was determined by alkaline potassium persulfate digestion and ultraviolet spectrophotometry.
