严寒地区冬季室外化学清洗风险辨识及施工对策研究

Study on Risk Identification and Construction Countermeasures of Outdoor Chemical Cleaning in Severe Cold Regions in Winter

设备和管道化学清洗作业发展迅速,随着我国的煤化工项目向西北转移(新疆、内蒙、陕北等),严寒地区冬季室外化学清洗施工业务随之扩展。通过研究冬季室外化工清洗施工存在的难点,辨识施工作业过程中的危险和有害因素,结合工作经验对清洗施工作业及制定项目施工方案提出了良好的建议措施,为同行业严寒地区或其他地区冬季室外化学清洗施工提供积极的指导作用。

Chemical cleaning of equipment and pipeline developed rapidly.With the expansion of coal chemical projects to the northwest(Xinjiang,Inner Mongolia,Northern Shanxi,etc.),the outdoor winter chemical cleaning construction began to be more popular in severe cold regions.Through the study of the difficulties existing in the outdoor chemical cleaning construction in winter,the dangerous and hazardous factors was identified in the construction process.Combining work experience,good suggestions and measures were put forward to the construction operation and the formulation of the project cleaning construction plan.The research has positive reference significance guidance for outdoor chemical cleaning to the same industry cold regions or other regions in winter.
