摘要
目前我国经济高速发展,拔尖创新人才短缺,急需各个高校对现有人才培养模式进行改革。文章以百色学院化学与环境工程学院为例,从创新型师资队伍的建设、教学体系的改革及让学生参与教师科研三个方面阐述了新工科背景下化学化工类拔尖创新人才的培养。
At present,with the rapid development of economy in China,there is a shortage of top innovative talents,and it is urgent for colleges and universities to reform the current talent cultivation mode.In this paper,taking school of chemistry and environmental engineering of Baise University as an example,the training of top innovative talents is expounded in chemistry and chemical engineering under the new engineering background from three aspects:the construction of innovative teaching staff,the reform of teaching system and the participation of students in teacher research.
