摘要
利用Aspen-plus流程模拟软件对扬子石化公司芳烃厂制苯车间苯和甲苯精馏系统建立流程模拟模型,比较模拟结果与实际值,模拟结果与实际工况基本一致;通过灵敏度分析,得到最佳的进料位置和侧线采出位置;在保证侧线采出的基础上,可是适当的降低回流比,从而降低该精馏塔的操作成本。
Using Aspen Plus process simulation software,a process simulation model of benzene and toluene distillation system in the aromatics plant of Yangzi Petrochemical Company is established.The simulation results are compared with the actual values,and the simulation results are basically consistent with the actual working conditions.Through sensitivity analysis,the best feeding position and side line extraction position are obtained.On the basis of ensuring the side line extraction,the reflux ratio can be properly reduced.It can reduce the operating cost of the distillation column.
