PDCA循环管理模式联合细节护理在普外科手术室护理管理中的应用效果

Application Effect of PDCA Cycle Management Mode Combined with Detailed Nursing in Nursing Management of General Surgery Operating Room

目的探讨PDCA循环管理模式联合细节护理在普外科手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法抽取该院在2019年1-6月普外科手术室收治的90例患者的临床资料,按照护理管理方式,将其划分为对照组与观察组。其中,采取常规护理干预的45例为对照组,采取PDCA循环管理模式联合细节护理干预的45例为对照组。从两组患者的护理质量、护理满意度与不良事件发生状况上来对其实施效果进行分析。结果观察组患者的护理质量与护理满意度明显高于对照组,且观察组患者的不良事件发生率低于对照组。3项指标组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环管理模式联合细节护理在普外科手术室护理管理中加以运用,能够有效地改善护理质量,优化患者对护理服务的满意度,降低术中与术后不良事件的发生可能。

Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle management mode combined with detailed nursing in nursing management of general surgery operating room.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients admitted to the general surgery operating room from January 2019 to June 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by nursing management mode.Among them,45 cases received routine nursing intervention as the control group,and 45 cases adopted PDCA cycle management mode combined with detailed nursing intervention as the observation group.The effect of implementation was analyzed from the two groups of patients'quality of care,nursing satisfaction and occurrence of adverse events.Results The quality of care and satisfaction of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse events in the patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.Three indicators were statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle management mode combined with detailed nursing in the management of general surgery operating room can effectively improve the quality of care,optimize the patient's satisfaction with the nursing service,reduce the possibility of adverse events during and after surgery,and is worth promoting.
