精细化管理在外科护理安全管理中的应用及效果研究

Application and Effect of Refined Management in Safety Management of Surgical Nursing

目的以外科患者为例,对外科护理安全管理工作中精细化管理方法的应用及效果进行分析研究。方法将该院于2018年1月-2019年2月外科收治的200例患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成两组;其中,对照组100例基于外科护理安全管理过程中采取常规管理方法,观察组100例则采取精细化管理方法,对两组护理管理效果进行分析比较。结果①在非安全事件总发生率方面,观察组的5.00%,和对照组的25.00%比较明显更低(P<0.05)。②在6个维度的护理管理质量评分上,观察组均显著要比对照组高(P<0.05)。③在护理管理总满意度方面,观察组为96.00%,与对照组的78.00%对比显著更高,两组之间的数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在外科护理安全管理工作中,精细化管理方法的应用,可降低非安全事件发生率,提高护理管理服务质量,同时促进患者对护理管理工作满意度的提升。

Objective To analyze and study the application and effect of refined management methods in the safety management of surgical nursing with surgical patients as an example.Methods 200 patients admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were taken as the research object.They were divided into two different groups according to the random number table method.Among them,100 patients in the control group were based on the safety of surgical care in the management process,the conventional management method was adopted,and the observation group of 100 cases adopted the refined management method to further analyze and compare the nursing management effects of the two groups.Results 1.In terms of the total incidence of non-safety events,5.00%in the observation group was significantly lower than 25.00%in the control group(P<0.05).2.In the six dimensions of nursing management quality scores,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).3.In terms of overall satisfaction in nursing management,the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than the 78.00%of the control group,and the data between the two groups were statistically significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined management methods in the safety management of surgical nursing can reduce the incidence of non-safety events,improve the quality of nursing management services,and promote the improvement of patient satisfaction with nursing management work;therefore,it is worth adopting and using.
