精细化管理在外科护理安全管理中的应用研究

Application of Refined Management in Safety Management of Surgical Nursing

目的探究精细化管理在外科护理安全管理中的管理效果。方法将2019年1-10月这一时段内该院外科收治的患者200例纳入研究,按照住院号单双数,将之分为两组,每组100例,对照组实施常规管理,观察组实施精细化管理,对比两组管理效果。结果观察组在基础管理技能、无菌操作、护患沟通、手术配合、应急处理上的评分均高于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在管理服务工作总满意度上,观察组为97.00%,高于对照组的79.00%,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理应用于外科安全管理中,可有效提升管理服务工作质量,提升患者的满意度,切实保障管理安全。

Objective To explore the management effect of fine management in the safety management of surgical nursing.Methods A total of 200 patients admitted to our hospital during the period from January 2019 to October 2019 were included in the study.They were divided into two groups according to the number of hospitals,and each group included 100 patients.The control group was routinely managed.The observation group implemented refined management and compared the management effects of the two groups.Results The scores of the observation group on basic management skills,aseptic operation,nurse-patient communication,surgical cooperation,and emergency treatment were higher than those of the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups of data(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of service work was 97.00%in the observation group,which was higher than 79.00%in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference in data between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined management applied to surgical safety management can effectively improve the quality of management service work,improve patient satisfaction.
