持续质量改进护理管理对手术室护理风险防范管理的价值研究

Research on the Value of Continuous Quality Improvement Nursing Management to Risk Prevention Management in Operating Room

目的探究质量改进在手术室护理风险防范管理中的临床应用价值。方法将2018年1月-2019年1月期间该院手术室接收的78例患者以及30名护理人员纳为研究对象,依据不同管理模式划分为研究组39/15(持续质量改进护理管理)及参照组39/15(常规护理管理)。评估两组护理人员安全防范意识评分情况及患者手术等待时间、护理纠纷事件及对临床护理满意度情况。结果研究组手术等待时间及护理纠纷较参照组更佳(P<0.05);研究组患者对临床护理工作满意度高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论实施持续质量改进护理管理模式运用在手术室护理风险防范管理中的应用价值高。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of quality improvement in nursing risk prevention management in operating room.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,78 patients and 30 nursing staff received in the operating room of the hospital were collected as research objects,and divided into study groups 39/15(continuous quality improvement nursing management)according to different management models;and reference group 39/15(routine care management).Assess the safety precaution awareness scores of the two groups of nursing staff,patient waiting time for surgery,incidents of nursing disputes,and satisfaction with clinical nursing.Results The waiting time and nursing disputes in the study group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05);patients in the study group were more satisfied with clinical nursing work than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of continuous quality-improved nursing management mode is of high application value in nursing risk prevention management in operating room.
