Analysis of Perioperative Nursing Potential Risks in Thoracic Surgery and Management Strategies

目的分析胸外科围术期护理潜在风险分析与管理对策。方法选取该院2018年1月-2019年6月期间收治的120例胸外科患者,随机分为研究组和参照组,各60例。研究组实施风险管理,参照组实施常规管理。观察两组患者护理满意度、护理质量和生活质量。结果研究组护理满意度为96.67%高于参照组(P<0.05),研究组服务质量、操作熟练度、文书书写规范度和沟通能力评分高于参照组(P<0.05),研究组社会功能、情绪功能、身体功能、角色功能评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论胸外科的护理工作实施风险管理,能够提高护理质量和患者的生活质量,护理管理满意度较高,效果显著。

Objective To analyze perioperative nursing potential risk analysis and management strategies in thoracic surgery.Methods 120 cases of thoracic surgery patients admitted in the hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into a study group and a reference group with 60 cases each.The research group implements risk management and the reference group implements routine management.Observe the patient satisfaction,quality of care and quality of life in the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.67%higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The service quality,proficiency of the operation,the standardization of writing standards and communication ability scores of the study group were higher than the reference group(P<0.05).The scores of function,emotional function,physical function and role function were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of risk management in nursing of thoracic surgery can improve the quality of care and the quality of life of patients.The satisfaction of nursing management is high and the effect is significant.
