Objective To explore the effect of risk grading management in fall care management of rehabilitation patients. Methods In this study,80 patients who visited the rehabilitation department of the hospital from May 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study. All patients received fall care and were divided into control group(n=40,the routine management mode is used during nursing)and the research group(n=40,risk classification management is used during nursing)according to different management methods. The number of falls and the risk of managing the patients were compared between the two groups. At the same time, the knowledge of the two groups of management patients on the prevention of falls was compared. Results The number of falls and the risk of high falls in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,a statistical comparison, the different was statistically significant(P<0.05).The knowledge of fall prevention knowledge in the management group of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group, the different was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk classification management in the fall care management of patients in rehabilitation department has obvious effects, which can effectively reduce the number of falls of patients, and at the same time improve the degree of patients'knowledge of fall prevention and meet the needs of patients.
