强化康复单元护理管理模式及康复效果分析

Strengthening the Nursing Management Mode of Rehabilitation Unit and Analysis of Rehabilitation Effect

目的分析应用强化康复单元护理管理模式与康复效果。方法选取2016年1月-2018年12月IRCU治疗患者100例作为该次研究对象,按照不同护理管理模式,分为实验1组与实验2组,每组50例。实验1组患者实施常规性护理管理模式,实验2组患者实施强化康复单元护理管理模式,对比两组患者生活能力评分与康复依从性评分。结果实验2组患者康复依从性与生活能力评分明显高于实验1组,两组数据组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将强化康复单元管理模式应用在IRCU治疗患者中,除了能够将患者生活自理能力提高,还能够提高患者的康复依从性,具有临床价值。

Objective To analyze the application of intensive rehabilitation unit nursing management mode and rehabilitation effect.Methods 100 patients from Jan 2016 to Dec 2018 treated with IRCU were selected as the subjects of this study.According to different nursing management models,they were divided into experiment 1 group and experiment 2 group,with 50 patients in each group.Patients in the experimental group 1 implemented a routine nursing management model,and patients in the experimental group 2 implemented an intensive rehabilitation unit nursing management model.The two groups of patients were compared for their living ability scores and rehabilitation compliance scores.Results The scores of rehabilitation compliance and viability of patients in experiment 2 were significantly higher than those in experiment 1,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups of data(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the enhanced rehabilitation unit management model in IRCU treatment patients can not only improve the patient's self-care ability,but also improve the patient's rehabilitation compliance.It has clinical value.
