Cause Analysis and Improvement Measures of 42 Power Outages in Hospitals

目的减少停电事件对于医院正常运营的不利影响。方法对该院2018年42次停电事件进行根因分析,并由此制定相应的改进措施。结果根据故障记录和医院现状可汇总停电区域、停电频次和停电原因等关联关系。结论应从多方面调整用电管理规范流程并及时进行硬件更新。

Objective To reduce the adverse effects of power outages on the normal operation of hospitals.Methods The root cause analysis of 42 outages in our hospital in 2018 was made,and corresponding improvement measures were formulated accordingly.Results According to the fault records and the current situation of the hospital,the related relationships such as the power outage area,frequency and cause of power outage can be summarized.Conclusion The power management standardization process should be adjusted from multiple aspects and the hardware should be updated in a timely manner.
