完全管理模式在耐多药肺结核患者护理中的应用

Application of Full Management Model in Nursing of Multidrug-resistant Tuberculosis Patients

目的探讨完全管理模式在耐多药肺结核患者护理中的应用效果。方法选入该院2018年1月-2019年3月接收的耐多药肺结核患者50例为对象,随机分成两组,每组25例。对照组用常规管理模式,观察组用完全管理模式,比较两组的遵医行为和痰涂片转阴率。结果观察组的遵医行为比对照组高,痰涂片转阴率比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论耐多药肺结核患者护理中实施完全管理模式的效果显著,能有效提高其遵医行为,提高痰涂片转阴率。

Objective To explore the application effect of full management model in the nursing of patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis.Methods Fifty patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis received in the hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected as subjects.The 50 subjects were randomly divided into two groups of 25 patients each.The control group used the conventional management mode and the observation group used the full management mode.The compliance behavior and the negative rate of sputum smears were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance behavior of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the negative rate of sputum smear was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of implementing the full management mode in the care of patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis is significant.
