摘要
目的分析目标学习法在呼吸科重症监护室护理实习生带教中的应用。方法选取2017年1月-2019年6月该院呼吸科重症监护室护理实习生200例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,观察组100例(在带教中实施目标学习法)、对照组100例(实施常规带教方式),将两组的综合成绩、操作成绩、主观题、满意度、客观题、实践考试评分、理论考试评分进行对比。结果观察组综合成绩(91.25±5.12)分、操作成绩(89.45±5.21)分、主观题(96.23±2.17)分、客观题评分(85.45±5.21)分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组实践考试评分(96.27±1.21)分以及理论考试评分(95.11±1.45)分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组满意度与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过在呼吸科重症监护室护理实习生带教中采取目标学习法,取得显著的教学效果。
Objective To analyze the application of goal learning method in teaching nursing intern in nursing department of respiratory department.Methods From January 2017 to June 2019,200 cases of nursing internships in the intensive care unit of our department were randomly divided into two groups,100 cases in the observation group(target learning method was implemented during teaching),and the control group of 100 cases(implementing the conventional teaching method),the comprehensive scores,operational scores,subjective questions,satisfaction,objective questions,practical test scores,and theoretical test scores of the two groups were compared.Results The overall score of the observation group(91.25±5.12)points,operation score(89.45±5.21)points,subjective question(96.23±2.17)points,and objective question(85.45±5.21)points were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The score of the practice test(96.27±1.21)points and the score of the theoretical test(95.11±1.45)points in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was a difference in satisfaction between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion By adopting the goal learning method in the teaching of nursing intern in nursing department of respiratory department,significant teaching effect has been achieved.
